Citra Ass Down

I been brewing a lot of easy drinking beer. i think the most challenging as of late has bee a Sierra Nevada Pale Ale Clone. So its time for something a little more challenging. I preset to you “Citra Ass Down”. This little gem will in the end have caused the demist of 200grams of Citra hops.

Initially when  I thought this up I was thinking of making a recipe that would abuse my Shiny new Robbrew but in the end I used my old BIAB bag as a hopsock and I think in hindsight it was the right move. I shall save the experiment for another day.
