Sierra Nevada Pale Ale Clone (SNPAC) – V3

Sierra Nevada Pale Ale Clone…ish

Not 100% sure this will be read by anyone. I assume this will turn up on some random google search at some time. I wish the best of luck to anyone trying this.
Attempt number 3 of a sierra Nevada Pale Ale. Eventually I will get this right to my taste. V2.2 was pretty much spot on (I may release my recipe one day).

I kinda of want something else from it so I will keep experimenting under the SNPAC labels and eventually give it a new name. Until experminatation finishes, which it probably never will all further marvels and abominations shall be under the SNPAC heading

Tasting notes to follow.
